Baked Kennedy Town Unveils New Pizzas and Pasta Flavors Alongside Limited Weekday Flash Deals!
Baked HK is excited to announce the launch of new pizza offerings exclusively to the Kennedy Town location. To celebrate these delicious additions, the sourdough-centric eatery introduces a series of exciting weekday evening flash deals every Monday to Friday, inviting the community to indulge and enjoy our culinary creations.
EXCITING NEW PIZZA & PASTA FLAVORS
Founder Zahir is bringing three cheesy hot new flavors exclusively to the Kennedy Town location. Kicking off with For The Love Of Gorg & Pears! (HK$180) – A delightful combination of pears, toasted pecans, mozzarella, gorgonzola, and a chili balsamic reduction.
Meat lovers can opt for Mario & Luigi (HK$220) – a mouthwatering blend of parma ham, pecorino, mozzarella, basil, chili flakes, and Neapolitan sauce, or Love Me Tender (HK$210) – a savory mix of chorizo, smoked scamorza, pecorino, mozzarella, black pepper, and carbonara sauce.
In addition to new pizza flavors, Baked also introducing a new pasta dish featuring one of its signature pizza sauces - Drunk Off The Vodka (HK$170), a creamy cheesy hot vodka sauce over a bed of fresh handmade garganelli. All sourdough was made with a 55-year-old sourdough starter and takes 72 hours to prepare, this dedication results in sourdough with exceptional flavor and texture in every bite.
